20 minute power cardio workout.

  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 push ups 
  • 30 crunches 
  • 40 Squats 
  • 50 SECOND PLANK
  •  60 HIGH KNEES


Try do as many round of these 6 short workouts as possible in 20 minutes and feel the burn.
